Terms of service
Effective date: July 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Signapipe (“Signapipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Signapipe.
1. Service description
Signapipe is a follow-up CRM for independent contractors and solo professionals. It helps you organize your relationships and contacts, draft and send follow-up messages, track your outreach, and get reminders so you stay in touch. Some features rely on integrations you choose to connect, such as Google.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Signapipe. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@signapipe.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and billing
- Price. Signapipe is offered as a single flat plan of $8.99 per month.
- Free trial. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Signapipe lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service to send spam or unlawful messaging, or to harass, deceive, or harm others. You are solely responsible for the messages you send through Signapipe and for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and Gmail’s and Twilio’s sending and messaging policies. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your recipients before contacting them.
6. Your data and ownership
You own the relationship data and content you add to Signapipe. We do not claim ownership of it. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store your data in order to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to add and use the contact information you upload.
7. Third-party integrations
Signapipe integrates with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Twilio, and others. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
8. Disclaimers
Signapipe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before you send it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signapipe and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Signapipe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to Signapipe or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the service. Your continued use of Signapipe after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
